IRAN EYES $40B HORMUZ FEE PLAN
Iran is proposing fees for ships using the Strait of Hormuz, saying security and environmental services could generate up to $40 billion annually. Tehran is seeking regional backing, but U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Gulf nations unanimously oppose any tolls on the international waterway.
