1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how NFTeam s.r.o. ("NFTeam", "we", "us") processes personal data when you visit or use Terminal (the "Service"), available at terminalverse.com.
NFTeam s.r.o. is the data controller for the personal data processed through the Service within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

2. Personal data we process
We aim to collect the minimum amount of personal data required to operate the Service. Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:
- Usage and device data — pages visited, referrer, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, device type, and similar telemetry collected through Vercel Analytics.
- Submission data — information you voluntarily provide via forms on the Service (for example, the channel name, Telegram handle, URL, and description submitted on the /sources page).
- Communications — any data you share when you contact us by email or through linked third-party platforms (e.g., Telegram).
- Technical logs — server logs generated by our hosting and infrastructure providers (request metadata, error traces) for security and reliability.
We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data (Article 9 GDPR) or data from children under 16.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process personal data on the following legal bases:
- Performance of the Service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — to deliver the feed, respond to your requests, and process submissions.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — to secure the Service, prevent abuse, measure aggregate usage, and improve the product. Our interest is balanced against your fundamental rights and freedoms.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — where required by law, for example for optional analytics or cookies that are not strictly necessary. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) — to comply with applicable EU law, including responding to lawful requests from authorities.
4. Recipients and processors
We share personal data only with service providers acting as processors on our behalf, or where required by law. Key categories:
- Hosting and analytics — Vercel Inc. (hosting, Vercel Analytics).
- Database and backend — Supabase Inc. (database, authentication, edge functions).
- Communication channels — Telegram FZ-LLC for the public news channel; Discord Inc. when you submit a source through our submission form, which delivers the message to our internal Discord workspace.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertisers.
5. International transfers
Some of our processors are established outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States. Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR, in particular the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, and supplementary measures where required. You may request a copy of the relevant safeguards by contacting us.
6. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above:
- Analytics data is retained in aggregated or pseudonymised form in accordance with our analytics provider's defaults.
- Form submissions are retained for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to the submission, and then archived or deleted.
- Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle your request and to comply with legal obligations.
When data is no longer required, we delete or irreversibly anonymise it.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15);
- request rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16);
- request erasure ("right to be forgotten") (Art. 17);
- request restriction of processing (Art. 18);
- receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format (Art. 20);
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests (Art. 21);
- withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent (Art. 7(3));
- lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (Art. 77). In Slovakia, this is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, dataprotection.gov.sk.

8. Cookies and similar technologies
The Service uses only the cookies and local storage strictly necessary to operate the site and the privacy-friendly analytics provided by Vercel. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we introduce non-essential cookies in the future, we will request your prior consent.
9. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a personal data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you and the competent authority in accordance with Arts. 33 and 34 GDPR.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
