Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and NFTeam s.r.o., a company incorporated under the laws of the Slovak Republic, with registered office at Hradná 168/2, 945 01 Komárno, Slovak Republic, IČO 50 599 500, DIČ 21 2040 8719 ("NFTeam", "we", "us"), regarding your use of Terminal, including the website terminalverse.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Terminal is an AI-aggregated feed that surfaces publicly available information from crypto, foreign exchange, prediction markets, and related sources. The Service is currently provided in closed beta and is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may be added, modified, suspended, or removed at any time without notice.

Content on the Service is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, trading, tax, accounting, or legal advice and is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.

Trading in crypto-assets, foreign exchange, derivatives, and prediction markets carries a high level of risk and may result in the loss of all of your invested capital. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should consult a qualified professional before acting on any information you find on the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that your use of the Service does not violate any law applicable to you.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service at scale without our prior written consent;
• interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Service or its infrastructure;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other users' accounts, or any underlying systems;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
• upload or submit content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or that violates third-party rights;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting content (for example, source submissions).

If you submit content through the Service (for example, via the source submission form), you represent that you have the right to do so and grant NFTeam a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, store, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You can request removal of your submission at any time by contacting hello@nfteam.eu.

The Service aggregates and links to content from third-party sources, including news outlets, social platforms, and market data providers. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or availability of third-party content. Accessing third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and original content, is owned by NFTeam s.r.o. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted by implication or otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or uninterrupted availability.

We do not warrant that information surfaced through the Service is accurate, complete, current, or free from error, or that the Service will be secure or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NFTeam s.r.o. and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or trading losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that may not be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold NFTeam s.r.o. harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or that your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 13) will continue to apply.

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, supplemented where applicable by directly effective European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Slovak Republic. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which you reside, and you may also bring proceedings before the courts of that country.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. If the changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
