Crypto bankruptcy claims investor Thomas Braziel said Cardano co-founder Charles Hoskinson stated in an AMA that 1,096 BTC held by the Isle of Man Foundation, worth about $70 million today, was used in 2016/2017 to satisfy demands related to Michael Parsons and the original audit process.
Braziel said that if this explanation is accurate, the invoices, agreements, approvals and payment records should be published to show where the 1,096 BTC went, who received it and why. He also questioned why IOHK ultimately controlled about 95 % of the BTC raised and received billions of ADA, while the Foundation received only a fraction of the economics.
