NYSE Parent ICE Plans to Partner With Trade xyz to Launch Perpetual Futures Market in the US
According to Bloomberg, Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), parent company of the New York Stock Exchange, is partnering with Trade xyz to launch regulated perpetual futures contracts in the United States. The planned venue is slated to run on Hyperliquid's infrastructure with dedicated clearing, KYC, and AML compliance frameworks, featuring products pegged to equities, indexes, commodities, and FX pending regulatory approval. As part of the collaboration, ICE will take an equity stake in Trade xyz under undisclosed terms. Trade xyz has previously rolled out perpetual contracts tied to traditional assets like crude oil and equity benchmarks on Hyperliquid.
