UAE Moves Digital Identity Vault Serving 12.5M Users to Avalanche
The UAE’s Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority is upgrading the blockchain infrastructure behind the UAEPASS Digital Vault to an Avalanche L1. UAEPASS serves about 12.5 million citizens, residents and visitors, provides access to more than 15,000 services, and is used by over 350 government and private-sector entities. The Digital Vault handles verified documents and credentials, with the Avalanche migration aimed at improving scalability and performance as usage grows.
