Needham reiterated its Buy rating on NVIDIA with a $300 price target following its planned $12.93B acquisition of Hugging Face.
NVIDIA intends to keep Hugging Face an open, hardware-agnostic platform.
The deal includes roughly $11.9B in purchase consideration plus up to $1B in employee retention equity.
