Seventh-Largest Bitcoin Treasury Company Strive Proposes $4.2 Billion Increase in ATM Capacity for Additional BTC Purchases
Strive CEO Matt Cole said the company plans to expand the capacity of its ASST and SATA at-the-market (ATM) programs by $2.1 billion each, for a combined increase of $4.2 billion, to support additional Bitcoin purchases. Last week, Strive raised approximately $194 million through its SATA preferred stock offering, equivalent to approximately 2,621 BTC at current market prices. Strive currently holds approximately 16,500 BTC valued at about $1.27 billion.
