$SPCX - SPACEX IPO SEES STRONG INSTITUTIONAL DEMAND
SpaceX’s IPO has attracted demand multiple times the available shares from institutional investors, according to people familiar with the deal. The offering is reported to be well oversubscribed, with large long-only funds dominating orders and some investors bidding for $10B+ allocations. Banks plan to close order-taking midweek ahead of pricing on June 11. The IPO, valued at about $1.8T, is expected to be one of the largest ever.
