KUWAIT OFFERS OIL TRANSFERS OUTSIDE HORMUZ
Kuwait Petroleum Corp is offering ship-to-ship transfers of crude oil and refined fuels outside the Strait of Hormuz as buyers avoid ports inside the waterway due to U.S.-Iran war risks.
KPC says vessels will continue passing through Hormuz when conditions are safe.
Kuwait’s naphtha exports have been heavily disrupted, recently running at around half their pre‑war levels.
Qatar, the UAE and Iraq are also offering oil from ports outside Hormuz.
