Kalshi's World Cup Opening Week Trading Volume Hits Record $5.1 Billion
According to Bloomberg, prediction market platform Kalshi recorded a record $5.1 billion in trading volume during the first week of the FIFA World Cup. The report also noted that Kalshi's notional trading volume approached $18 billion in May, another all-time high. Bloomberg further revealed that Kalshi has developed an internal AI agent, "Harrison," built on Anthropic's Claude model to help stress-test contracts, identify potential loopholes, and assist with market resolution.
