Plume said it has received a Class M Digital Asset Business License from the Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA) and plans to launch what it describes as the world’s first regulated onchain asset vault. According to Plume, the vault will support the onchain distribution of regulated tokenized assets under AML standards modeled on Bermuda stablecoin regulations and the U.S. GENIUS Act. Plume also highlighted Bermuda’s DAB regime as one that has licensed major crypto firms including Circle and Coinbase
