CZ: YZi Labs’ Investments Made Near the Depths of the Crypto Winter Could Be Among Its Best Performers
According to BeInCrypto, Binance founder CZ said he believes YZi Labs’ investments over the past few months could become some of its best performers, largely because they were made when crypto prices were near market lows. YZi Labs manages more than $10 billion in assets and serves as a family office managing wealth for CZ and Binance co‑founder Yi He. Its publicly disclosed 2026 investments span robotics, AI payments, prediction markets and digital asset custody.
BeInCrypto highlighted deals including YZi Labs’ $52 million lead investment in RoboForce in March, its pre‑listing investment in BitGo, an additional investment in Predict.fun, an $8 million pre‑seed round for AEON in May, and an August investment in fixed‑rate lending protocol TermMax. CZ did not disclose actual returns on these investments, so the claim remains untested.
