$MSTR - STRATEGY SPENDS $2B TO BUY MORE BITCOIN IN AGGRESSIVE TREASURY MOVE
Strategy Inc. raised $2.03B through stock sales and quickly deployed nearly all proceeds to buy 24,869 bitcoin over a six-day period.
The firm sold shares via multiple ATM programs, then purchased bitcoin at an average price of about $80,985, lifting total holdings to 843,738 BTC.
Strategy continues to expand its bitcoin treasury strategy, with tens of billions in remaining fundraising capacity across its stock issuance programs.
