Copper Seeks $500 Million Sale as Crypto IPO Market Stalls
U.K.-based crypto custody firm Copper is exploring a sale at an estimated $500 million valuation. The company had previously considered an IPO, but the crypto listing market has remained subdued amid weaker bitcoin prices and continued capital flows into AI. Copper’s main business is ClearLoop, an in-custody settlement platform designed for institutional trading.
