CZ: We Still Invest 70%–80% of Our Capital in Blockchain
In a May 7 speech at Consensus Miami 2026, Binance founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ) said he and Yzi Labs still allocate 70% to 80% of their capital to blockchain, as it remains their core area of expertise. He said AI agents will create significant future demand for payments, and blockchain is the more native and natural payment tool for them.
CZ also said exchanges should prepare for AI agents: instead of manually reading charts and entering prices and quantities, users should be able to use natural language to let AI agents review portfolios and execute trades.
